The pronouns used in these Terms of Service and in general, particularly in Hebrew, are in the masculine form for convenience but apply equally to all users, regardless of gender.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account on TorahTalks. The platform collects usernames, email addresses, passwords, likes, favorites, followers, following, bios, and published Hiddushim, all stored securely in our database and protected with industry-standard security measures. The developer has access to all user data except for passwords and reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these ToS or the platform's rules.

4. User Conduct

TorahTalks is intended solely for the publication of Torah-related content. Users are prohibited from uploading non-Jewish content, cursing, or engaging in any behavior that compromises the security of the platform or its database. All Hiddushim are subject to review by the TorahTalks team before being published. TorahTalks is not responsible for any offensive, insulting, or inappropriate content that users may encounter on the platform. However, users may report such content via the 'Contact Us' page for review.

5. Content Ownership and Use

Content published on TorahTalks is public. You may reuse or adapt it without our permission. We ask that you credit the original author and TorahTalks, and we recommend letting us know through the 'Contact Us' page so we can ensure proper attribution and address any misuse.

Account Termination

The website may suspend or terminate your access at any time without prior notice.

Retention of Email on Ban

If you delete your account, your email address is removed from our active database. When an account is banned for violating these terms, we may retain the email address to enforce the ban and safeguard the platform. This information is kept solely for security and moderation and is not used for marketing.

TorahTalks uses third-party services such as Nodemailer for email communication via Gmail and our database for email verification. These services are integral to the platform's operation but do not affect user interaction directly.

TorahTalks is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The platform is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. TorahTalks is not responsible for any offensive or insulting content posted by users. Users may report such content, and TorahTalks will take appropriate action.

10. Governing Law

These ToS are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Israel.
